Introduction

Toolzie is committed to protecting your privacy. We believe online tools should work for you without collecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we do and don't collect, and how your information stays safe when using our tools.

Data Collection

We use Google Analytics (G-CPGTFE7S91) to collect anonymized usage statistics. This helps us understand which tools are popular and how visitors find our site. The analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. No personal data such as names, email addresses, or IP addresses is collected or stored by Toolzie.

Local Processing

All Toolzie tools run entirely in your browser. When you use a calculator, convert a file, generate a password, or edit a PDF, all processing happens on your device. No data is uploaded to our servers or any third-party service. Your files, inputs, and outputs never leave your computer.

Cookies

Toolzie uses localStorage (a browser feature similar to cookies) solely to save your theme preference (light or dark mode). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

Google Analytics may use cookies to collect anonymized traffic data. These cookies are managed by Google and are subject to Google's privacy policy. No personal information is shared with or through these cookies.

Third-Party Services

Toolzie uses a limited number of third-party services to deliver the site:

Google Analytics — For anonymized traffic analysis and understanding which tools are most used
Google Fonts — To serve the Inter font family used across the site
cdnjs (Cloudflare) — To deliver the Font Awesome icon library

These services may collect standard web request data (such as IP addresses) as part of serving their resources. Toolzie does not control or have access to data collected by these third-party services.

No Accounts

Toolzie does not require user accounts. There are no sign-ups, no logins, and no personal data stored on our servers. Every tool is fully accessible without providing any personal information. You can use any tool, any time, completely anonymously.
